Rayleigh is north of the city core on Highway 5. Reserve land and the river separate it from the rest of Kamloops (source). Heffley Creek is further north again. This is the budget end of the city for detached homes and rural lots, and the closest you can live to Sun Peaks and the Paul and Heffley lakes while still in city limits.
