Batchelor Heights homes for sale

Batchelor Heights climbs the north hillside with newer homes and big views south over the city. Lac du Bois Grasslands Protected Area, established in 1996, is out the back door: bighorn sheep, sharp-tailed grouse and western rattlesnakes.

The catch is schools. In April 2026 the province rejected the business case for a 315-seat K–7 school in Batchelor Heights. SD73 is keeping its land on Grasslands Boulevard, but children continue to be bussed. Westmount Elementary was once at 187% capacity (CFJC).
