Dufferin & Southgate homes for sale

Dufferin sits on the west hillside around Mount Dufferin and Kenna Cartwright Park, the largest municipal park in BC. Southgate, at the bottom of the hill, has the commercial and industrial strip along the highway.

On 1 September 2026, council approved a $168.1 million budget for the Kamloops Arena Multiplex. It will have four ice sheets, about 1,200 seats, a library branch and a gym, plus better parking for park users. Site work starts in fall 2026, and it's due to open in 2030 (City of Kamloops).
