Pineview Valley homes for sale
Pineview is a family subdivision in the southwest. The big 2026 news is Sníne Elementary at 1900 Copperhead Drive. It's a $65.3 million school built for more than 450 students that opened in September 2026. It's Kamloops' first new school on a new site since 2001 (CFJC). The Pineview trail network also received money from the Tourism Kamloops Freeride Fund in June 2026.
