North Shore homes for sale

North Kamloops was its own village from 1946 until it amalgamated with the city in 1967. In 2016 it had 10,995 residents at 2,750 people per km², the highest density in the city (source). It's flat, gridded and bikeable, with McArthur Island Park (NorBrock Stadium and a big skatepark) and the Tranquille Road corridor.

The City is putting money into the area. At 377 Tranquille Road, construction began in 2026 on 85 rental homes, 17 of them below market, in a six-storey building. It's the first Kamloops Community Land Trust project, with occupancy expected in fall 2027 (City of Kamloops). NorKam Secondary offers the International Baccalaureate programme.
